Monticello is a 104-acre, mixed-use development in the city of Princeton, TX, directly catty-corner from the brand new Southard Middle School. The development consists of approx 60 acres of SFR, 16 acres of MF, 10 acres of Townhomes, and 18 acres of neighborhood commercial / retail. The 60 acres of SFR land is currently being developed into 287 homes by Starlight Homes. The 16-acre MF tract is being developed into 400-apartments called Northgate Apartments at Monticello.
